The ongoing project looks for traces of the vanished cities of Africa, Middle Asia and Europe in the context of the climate change, soil salinization and fresh water availability. These photos made in the Aral Lake region in Uzbekistan and Moroccan Sahara are developed with the help of chemicals separated from the local soil.
